This transducer transmits and receives a 300KHz ultrasonic signal through the air for short distance measurement applications. The combination of high ultrasonic frequency and a special acoustic coupling material results in very high accuracy for applications such as double sheet feet detection in ATM machines, printers, and photo copiers.
