Intelligent Flow Meters
The Ultrasonic Flow Tube body consists of a high-tech potable polymer material. Sizes range from 15mm to 25mm and all models include a pair of matched transducers. The standard frequency is 975 KHz with a standard Resonant impedance (R) of < 110. The intelligent digital flow sensors come standard with a UART-based, TTL level M-BUS serial communications interface.

Basic Flow Tubes (No on-board intelligence)
FS0001-000
THE 15mm Digital Flow Meter uses ultrasonic waves to measure liquid flow rate and outputs the digital flow signals directly. It consists of a lead-free measuring pipe and a pair of master-slave connected ultrasonic sensors. The circuit integrated in the sensor can calculate instantaneous flow rate and accumulated water usage with the time-of-flight method and monitors the status of fluid and pipe. The flow data are transmitted by UART-based, TTL level M-BUS serial communication for further processing or development.

P-EVAL-0711-F1 (Evaluation Kit for FS0001-000)
The P-EVAL-0711-F1 USB Demo Kit enables rapid demonstration of the FS0001 Series Intelligent Ultrasonic Flow Meter Modules using a PC with a standard USB interface.
The kit consists of a FS0001-000 15MM flow tube along with a PCBA that provides a connection to the sensor cable and an interface to a PC via standard USB interface. A GUI written in Python is available for download. The combined hardware and software components create a complete demonstration platform that allows rapid evaluation of the flow measurement compatibility with all other versions in the FS product series.
A custom, mass production PCBA can be developed for your application upon request.

The Ultrasonic Flow Tube body consist of either a high-tech polymer material or a non-potable brass material. Sizes are15mm to 25mm and both models include a pair of matched transducers.
The standard frequency is 975 KHz with a standard Resonant impedance (R) of < 110.
Audiowell International recommends using all of the below Ultrasonic Flow Tubes with one of the following Time of Flight integrated circuits with the Audiowell flow tubes:
- Maxim MAX3501 Eval Kit
- Sciocense TDC-GP30-F01 Eval Kit
- Texas Instruments MSP430FR6047 Eval Kit.
A link for each company is on each Flow Tube specification. All of these IC manufacturers have Audiowell on their EVKits / reference designs.
HS0002-002
The HS0002-002 is a 20mm non-potable brass body with a pair of ultrasonic transducers installed within the pipe. The standard frequency is 975 KHz with a standard Resonant impedance (R) of < 110. The connecting thread for the pipe is a British System G1. Adapters are available for the thread for a USA mate.

HS0003-001
The HS0003-001 has a non-potable brass body with a pair of ultrasonic transducers in a DN25 size pipe. The standard frequency is 975 KHz with a standard Resonant impedance (R) of < 110. The connecting thread for the pipe is a British System G1 ΒΌ. Adapters are available for a USA thread mate.
